The essential role of this position is to:
Provide administrative support to the Operations division with day-to-day operations. Make sure personnel is badged.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide credential and badging administration.
Manage the day to day tasks associated with badging:
handle all card registration, activation and termination duties, and more.

  • Perform file management.
  • Become knowledgeable of Procore software systems
  • Act as a point of contact for field personnel.
  • Maintain manpower plots and spreadsheets
  • Proofread outgoing documents, letters and deliverables
  • Communicate professionally with multiple departments and employees within the company.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
  • Acts as a receptionist occasionally: covers the front desk, answers the phones, welcomes visitors, and more.
  • Handles supplies: monitors and maintains current inventory levels, restocks items as necessary, organizes supply cabinets.
  • Proactively checks if the office is well maintained: cleanness, supplies, furniture, equipment, etc. Informs employees in charge when something is missing or needs improvement.
  • Helps organize company?s events, trainings, and meetings as needed.
  • Determines the administrative issues and resolves them for smooth office operations.
  • Provides administrative and operations support to the management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
