- Experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
- Small business bookkeeping experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere
- Experience managing a team or other employees
- Careful with details, thorough in completing tasks
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills
- Perform well under pressure, and possess a "can-do," no-excuses attitude Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 + 2% of anuual owner profit

is hiring a Real Estate Accountant for a top Keller Williams Real Estate office The Real Estate Accountant must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, the office must tend to its associates' needs in such a way that they (the associates) are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the Market Center.
This individual will be involved with clerical, administrative, agent associates, and managerial parties on an ongoing, daily basis. This manager must ensure that appropriate bookkeeping and accounting systems are accurately maintained.They may also be tasked with managing, training, and consulting the agent services team and assisting the Team Leader in managing agents and the Market Center.
