- Conduct outreach via text, email, and phone call to stop-out students and, as needed, currently enrolled part-time, at-risk students
- Communicate key dates, deadlines, information, and events to prospective students
- Develop fact sheets and brochures to promote PCCC grant-affiliated and other appropriate support services
- Assist in maintaining the website and social media platforms
- Coordinate stop-out campaigns and events in partnership with Signal Vine
- Assist with data collection for annual reports and program evaluation
- Serve on the Project Management Team and the PCCC-TSSS Program Advisory Council
- Participate in project evaluation and institutionalization of activities
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in an academic setting working with underserved students
- Experience with college enrollment, retention, degree attainment, and financial aid areas preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
- Knowledge of or ability and commitment to learn how to read, interpret, and explain degree audits
- Knowledge of or ability and commitment to learn the Al textbot Signal Vine platform
- Proven ability to work both independently and in diverse teams
- Experience working on grant-funded projects a plus
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends, as program requires

Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a part-time Outreach Specialist for Passaic County Community College's Targeted Support for Stop-Out Students Program (TSSS). This person will report to the Program Coordinator and will be responsible for contacting and re-engaging former PCCC students who "stopped out" in order to facilitate their re-enrollment and connect them with support provided by the PCCC TSSS grant program. This outreach will ultimately afford these stopped-out students the opportunity to complete their college degree program or credential.
