- Strong proficiency in gathering and analyzing employee data, client renewals, and billing statements, with a focus on accuracy and plan analysis.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including support for internal and external clients, utilizing a service-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to communicate due dates, timelines, and expectations proactively to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data entry at a speed necessary for successful job performance.
- Ability to maintain clear communication channels with clients, producers, insurance carriers, and internal partners.
- Stay informed on insurance technical knowledge, market trends, agency automation, and company information, continuously researching and evaluating new service delivery methods.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends from data systematically and diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Willingness to attend on-site and off-site training sessions as required.
- Flexibility to take on additional duties and special projects as needed.
- Take the lead in directing and coordinating projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of benefits offerings.
- Assume ownership and leadership of key projects within the benefits analyst team.
- Take charge of spearheading strategic projects, driving them from inception to successful completion.
- Bachelor's degree preferred

As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in managing diverse projects that encompass the full range of health and group benefit programs. This includes designing, strategizing, delivering, and communicating various offerings such as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability.
