    About Us:

    We are looking for a Workday HRIS Senior Analyst to join our global HRIS team. This position involves handling requests, analyzing, testing, and providing support for Workday modules with a specific focus on Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking setup.


    This role is open to candidates in any of our West Coast offices.


    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Proven track record of meeting deliverables
    • Experience working with diverse organizations and various locations (desirable)
    • Proficiency in Excel/GoogleSheets, Word/GoogleDocs, and SQL (recommended)

    Responsibilities:

    • Resolve issues raised by end-users
    • Take the lead in HRIS team projects and integrations
    • Keep change management records up to date
    • Ensure secure handling of sensitive information
    • Assist in system upgrades and annual HCM processes
    • Participate in the Workday Community to advocate for enhancements
    • Stay informed about new Workday features to prepare for implementation
    • Create and maintain end-user guides
    • Engage in training initiatives
