- Identify, prioritize and execute continuous improvement projects and activities for the current and new plant
- Collaborate cross-functionally to determine the most efficient processes and implement
- Directly provide formal and informal training for lean manufacturing improvements and other implements
- Drive Lean Six Sigma manufacturing principles
- 5+ years of Continuous Improvement in manufacturing
- 3+ years in food manufacturing
- Experience building programs from the ground up and training teams
- Understanding of TPM
- Italian or Spanish speaking a plus
