    Description

    Plant Process Technology Specialist Position at [Company Name]

    • JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Possesses advanced process technology and continuous improvement expertise to gain credibility with the operations team.
    • Collaborates with technology experts to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Develops and executes a Plant Specific Technology Plan (PSTP) to drive year-over-year ROI and non-capital continuous improvements.
    • Champions process safety initiatives and provides guidance for process safety concerns.
    • Works closely with plant personnel to track performance indicators for identifying technology gaps and improvement opportunities.
    • Facilitates root cause investigations for incidents related to process technology.
    • Leads and supports continuous improvement activities aligned with the PSTP and the facility's capital plan.
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or project management.
    • Comfortable working at elevated heights and knowledgeable about safety equipment operation and maintenance.
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
