    Description

    Our thriving hotel is on the lookout for a hospitable professional with a sales-oriented mindset to contribute to the expansion of our hotel.

    You will act as a bridge between the sales division and the front desk to deliver a memorable stay for our guests and also draw in fresh visitors to boost our earnings.

    Your main responsibilities will include handling guest inquiries, reaching out to potential new guests via recommendations and networking, and aiding the sales team with administrative duties.

    We are eager to find an individual with outstanding communication skills and prior sales background. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Enhance revenues by upselling and offering extra amenities and enhancements to customers to guarantee their complete satisfaction
    • Compile sales pitches and supporting materials for potential clients, showcasing event spaces, dining options, catering services, hotel reservations, and facility access
    • Support customers by serving as the primary contact point, addressing their inquiries and requests via phone and email
    • Identify a pool of potential clients and referral sources identified through investigations, networking, online platforms, and special gatherings
    • Organize timetables, manage crucial paperwork, and relay pertinent data from the sales team to relevant parties and hotel departments

    Requirements


    • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal, oral, and negotiation skills
    • Prior experience in a hospitality setting is mandatory for this role
    • Applicants should hold at least a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous
    • Demonstrates a track record of accomplishments in sales
    • Excellent organizational capabilities and adept time management
