Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Screen applicants and schedule interviews
Track resumes received and initiated on a daily basis
Utilize all sources/platforms to recruit for the highest level of talent for the necessary positions
Work together with our service and staffing specialists to identify core recruiting priorities and desired outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
12 years of Human Resources experience with a concentration in recruiting
Familiarity with Special Education disciplines a plus
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated track record in identifying and recruiting exceptional talent across business functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Additional Details:

PTO: Eligible after 3 month probationary period
Proceeding successful completion of this period, 10 days can be used within the remaining first year of employment.

After one year of employment:
15 days of PTO, 5-10 years: 20 days PTO.

$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
