Your responsibilities:


  • Target grouporiented creation of professional texts for service and sales employees in customer contact
  • Independent clarification of orders (target group, content, timelines, etc.)
  • Creating agency briefings for the implementation of texts
  • Uploading pages via the central knowledge platform/content management system, sometimes with the help of external agencies
  • Creating pages for the intranet
  • Ensuring compliance with timelines
  • Coordination of content with respective clients and stakeholders
  • Proofreading and quality control of existing texts
  • Participation in projects as a contact person for content/knowledge management

Your skills:


  • Professional experience in the field of (online) editing or knowledge management
  • Experience in preparing texts for online platforms
  • Ideally, first experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent German language skills in written and spoken form
  • High level of independence and reliability in completing tasks
