- Maintain strong relationships with clients and Project Managers
- Track engineering design deadlines and deliverables
- Oversee the construction RFI and submittal process
- Lead formatting and processing project specifications as needed.
- Coordinate specification administration across disciplines
- Provide quality control on technical content in project specifications.
- Coordinate workflow and document production
- Prepare, develop and proofread project documents
- Develop ability to prepare scope and fee for additional service requests
- Develop ability to create project staffing work plans
- Develop ability to assist with monitoring project schedule and budgets
- Utilize tools within the project quality management plan (QMP)
- Provide training for the project teams on processes
- Develop administrative standards and operating procedures
- Assist with new Project Coordinator mentorship
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a construction industry as a Project Coordinator
- Significant knowledge of the design and construction industry
- Completion of CSI Constructions Documents Technologist (CDT) course preferred
