    **Description**

    Our Consignment Inventory Analyst is an integral part of SeaSpines success, focused on monitoring and analyzing inventory usage and trends consigned to our Field Sales Distributors and Hospitals across the country. In this role, youll champion the administration of procedures/policies for field inventory management and the loaning and return of surgical sets and loose inventory. Key to the position is a strong relationship with Field Sales to reconcile inventory transactions and discrepancies, insuring field inventory policies are enforced, and that issues related to lost, damaged, or expired inventory are resolved.

    **Essential Responsibilities:**

    Monitor and track all field inventory consigned, loose, and loaned to Field Sales teams, Distributors, and Hospitals on a regular basis, including tracking items shipped out and following up on returns

    Manage the late fees program charges, training and invoicing to internal and external sales teams

    Assist with Distributor loaner program management and call on late loaner set requests

    Review, research, investigate and resolve field inventory discrepancies and disputes related to transferred, returned, lost or damaged inventory and partner with Field Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Distribution Center to reconcile inventory transactions and discrepancies

    Analyze field inventory levels to identify potential excesses and opportunities for better utilization and champion strategic analyses to support inventory reduction initiatives

    Develop and maintain metrics reporting and distribute field inventory reports, analytics, trends, and summaries of inventory data to Field Sales teams, Marketing, Customer Service, and internal leadership teams

    Participate in activities related to month, quarter and year-end inventory reconciliations, including inventory transfers and adjustments, including coordinating inventory adjustments, reserves, and write-offs with our Finance team

    Collaborate with Field Sales to ensure field inventory policies are enforced, as well as resolve issues related to lost, damaged, or expired field inventory

    Participate in continuous improvement projects

    Cross-train to serve as backup for other Consignment Inventory Analysts

    **Required Qualifications:**

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    2+ years experience in Supply Chain Management

    Proven ability and tenacity to collect, organize, analyze and, present data and relate findings to business objectives across all levels of the organization

    Experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as Oracle, SalesForce, etc.

    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word

    Strong focus on the customer experience

    Demonstrated ability to work creatively, prioritize and smoothly manage goals and initiatives amidst competing priorities

    Critical thinker with strong attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-pace environment

    Willingness and ability to travel as needed, up to 25%

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    Bachelors degree

    Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Surgisoft and related Applications
