    The Business Analyst Working Capital drives value to the TaylorMade business by conducting in-depth analysis and developing actionable recommendations. This role is responsible for the design, documentation and enforcement of best practices related to the support of Working Capital. This individual must be able to clearly articulate and anticipate how business decisions impact Working Capital and ultimately liquidity. To be successful this person must be able to balance priorities in a fast-past environment while effectively collaborating cross functionally.

    Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

    • Supports Working Capital management across the organization. Responsible for reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with global and regional teams to assess financial performance, interpret variances, and identify potential areas of risk or opportunity. Conduct in-depth analysis to derive meaningful business insights and develop actionable recommendations based on findings.
    • Manage the regional Open to Buy process and lead monthly meetings. Create actionable views that are understood by a cross functional audience that require the organization to take proactive approach to cash management rather than a reactive one. Create governance and reporting to ensure that PO releases are in line with approved open to buy.
    • Create automated reporting that transforms data into meaningful and actionable information for all levels of the organization. Analyze trends and patterns in the data to gain a deeper understanding of Working Capital performance and use this knowledge to make data-driven recommendations and strategic decisions.
    • Deliver meaningful insights into business performance by creating and reporting of relevant Inventory KPIs
      • Regional Forecasting Accuracy
      • DIO and inventory value
      • Inventory aging & obsolescence
    • Cross-functional coordination and project management that includes developing both long-term and daily execution timelines, driving action, and managing effective communication to business unit leadership
    • Effectively communicate how supply/demand affects Trade Working Capital to all levels of the business. Anticipates gaps and proactively works with teams to implement solutions.
    • Provides ad-hoc reporting as needed.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Education, Training, Professional Certification and Work Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain or related field
    • 3-5 years related experience in Material planning, Inventory Management or purchasing
    • APICs certification a plus
    • Basic understanding of SOP Process
    • 3-5 years reporting and data analytics experience.
    Knowledge and Skills Requirements
    • Understanding of Trade Working Capital, its correlation to sales and impact to cash flow.
    • Understanding of production process from purchasing through assembly, including familiarity with components purchased, sub-contract workflow, inventory control, assembly and finish processes.
    • Excellent analytical skills (quantitative as well as qualitative); with the ability to look at numbers and draw conclusions about actions to be taken.
    • Ability to locate and analyze data from a variety of sources to ensure that planning decisions are made based upon the most accurate information.
    • Intermediate to advanced ability to use financial systems and software (Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle EBS, Business Objects, DOMO, PBCS)
    • Demonstrated ability to plan, evaluate, and effectively present ideas and concepts.
    • Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks is required.
    • Commitment to meeting absolute deadlines.
    • Ability to design, document and implement cross functional processes via policy and or guidelines.
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently, with minimal day-to-day supervision.
    • Ability to develop and maintain professional and constructive cross-functional relationships.
    • Interpersonal skills suited to dealing courteously and professionally with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, in writing and orally.
    Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
    • Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage
    • Ability to work extended hours as necessary
    • Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
    • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
    TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $77,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
