You have several years of experience in the HR field and are also willing to oversee compliance in our two companies in Germany.
  • Your challenge:

_Human Resources_

  • Support our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, employment contract creation, onboarding, compensation management, consulting in personnel development, etc.)
  • Consult and serve as a point of contact for managers in all aspects of employee management and development
  • Provide legal support to managers
  • Interface with external payroll processing
  • Participate in various HR projects
  • Create evaluations, statistics, and reports
  • Implement the HR strategy in close collaboration with the VAMED headquarters in Vienna

_Compliance_

  • Implementation and ongoing implementation of the compliance policy in the companies
  • Documentation of all compliancerelated business cases
  • Support in audits
  • Your profile:
  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Professional experience in the HR field
  • Enjoy working in a diverse environment
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Indepth knowledge of German labor law
