Our client is a nationwide company providing services in health prevention, occupational health, and environmental health.

We are currently seeking a full-time, cross-location Head of Occupational Medicine for the state of Bavaria.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the professional and economic development of the Occupational Medicine department
  • You will lead and manage the team leaders of the Occupational Medicine department at various locations
  • You will be in charge of internal personnel and resource planning
  • You will train new employees and organize the professional training and development of your team
  • You will provide advice to companies on specific issues related to occupational medicine
  • You will develop customized concepts for clients and implement them on site

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your specialist training in Occupational Medicine or have the additional qualification in Occupational Medicine
  • Ideally, you have experience in providing occupational medical advice and support to companies of different industries and sizes
  • You have experience in leadership and a strong understanding of healthy leadership
  • You have knowledge of business administration and a strong affinity for numbers
  • You are decisive, communicative, and motivated
  • You are a pioneer in the development of our service and embody healthy leadership through trust, development, and appreciation
