    Role Overview:


    We're on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Front-End Developer who is deeply passionate about crafting state-of-the-art user interfaces and experiences for our Dahlia Labs stack.

    In this pivotal role, you will work on the design, development, and enhancement of our front-end architecture, focusing on creating responsive, scalable, and visually appealing web applications.

    Responsibilities:


    Develop and maintain advanced web applications using Vercel, , Tailwind CSS, and other modern technologies, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience.


    Collaborate with the design team to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences, ensuring they are responsive and accessible across all devices.


    Lead the front-end aspect of projects from conception through deployment, working closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration.

    Advocate for and implement best practices in front-end development, including code standards, reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

    Optimize applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and adaptability, exploiting 's capabilities for server-side rendering and static generation.

    Contribute to architectural decisions, helping to define the future direction of our front-end stack.

    Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.


    Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in front-end development, incorporating them into our practices to continually enhance our product offerings.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    At least 5 years of experience in front-end web development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

    Proficiency in modern front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g.,Next.
    JS, React,TypeScript ) with a deep understanding of and Tailwind CSS.

    Solid experience with responsive and adaptive design, as well as web performance optimization.

    Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.

    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for mentoring and leadership.


    Nice to Haves:
    Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and GraphQL.

    Familiarity with implementing and contributing to design systems and component libraries.

    Experience with CI/CD tools and processes for front-end codebases.

    Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization best practices to create inclusive and globally accessible applications.

    A strong portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing personal or open-source projects, highlighting your contributions to complex front-end applications.
