- Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance
- Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional client service and resolve any tax-related issues
- Mentor and supervise junior tax associates
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Salary: $85K/yr - $100K/yr, negotiable. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
