4 Corner Resources is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry Level HR Workforce Management Analyst to join our clients' team onsite in Maitland, FL. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our operations team, analyze labor models, and support various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, proficient in Excel, and passionate about leveraging technology to optimize workforce operations.

HR Workforce Management Analyst Responsibilities:

Interpret labor models to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with the operations relations team and recruiters to support workforce planning efforts.
Utilize data analysis and reporting skills to provide insights into human capital trends and performance metrics.
Analysis requirements include forecasting, ad hoc requests, and what-if analyses.
Act as a liaison between HR and operations teams, facilitating communication and project coordination.
Conduct regular reviews of HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
Support day-to-day HR operations and provide assistance as needed.
Conduct accurate analyses to calculate workload needs and labor bridge impacts for assigned projects
This role partners with Operations Leadership, Planning, and Finance to develop creative solutions to meet calculated labor needs to staff each position throughout each day to deliver excellent customer experience within budget.
Work closely with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

HR Workforce Management Analyst Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, workforce management, HR analytics, operations, or scheduling.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
Ability to learn capacity/demand analysis and modeling techniques using multiple data sources.
Ability to translate analytical results to share with non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Experience working in a tech-focused analyst role is preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management practices is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Microsoft Excel and data manipulation and analysis tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

HR Workforce Management Analyst Pay rate:

Starting at $60k annually (flexibility with rate)
