    Walk in open interviews during business hours Loyalty Automotive is growing Come grow with us at our Nissan dealership in Richmond Previous automotive sales experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Those with experience in customer service, account management/account executive, financial services, mortgage, and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to automotive sales. High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed as a Sales Consultant with Loyalty Nissan.


    Responsibilities include:
    Assist customers with vehicle selection Review specific model options and features along with Loyalty's added value service offerings Review finance options Work with team members to facilitate delivery of vehicles Follow through with customers after the sale Attend staff meetings, training and other activities as required Benefits: Competitive compensation package Medical, dental, 401k plus more Paid Vacations Ongoing training and development Room for advancement


    Job Requirement:
    Ability to close and negotiate People skills Strong written and verbal communications Good presentation skills Computer and digital knowledge Motivated and customer-focused High School diploma (or equivalent) Valid driver's license
