Senior Manager Consulting in the field of Banking & Financial Services in Washington

Your responsibilities:

Development of innovative, data-driven consulting approaches: Together with experts from the fields of business analysis, data science, and software development, you will work on tailored solutions for our banking and financial services clients.
Independent customer acquisition: Thanks to your industry expertise, you will identify cross- and up-selling potentials in existing customer relationships and win new projects.
Creation of business cases: Based on detailed process and data analysis, you will develop proposals for optimization.
Successful implementation of complex consulting projects: From planning to implementation, you will take responsibility. For large clients, you will lead the overall program management.

Profile:

Extensive professional/industry experience in the banking and financial services sector, ideally in a consulting firm or similar company.

Expertise in the financial sector: You are familiar with risk management, fraud detection, credit risk assessment, regulatory requirements (e.g. ESG), process optimization, and digital transformation.

Know-how in project planning and implementation: From proposal creation
