Description

We are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) for our physiotherapy practice in 65189 Wiesbaden, to support our two other receptionists.

Ideally, you have completed a commercial or similar training or have work experience in a physiotherapy practice.

Working hours are 24 hours per week, spread over 4 days (mornings and afternoons, with one shift until 6pm and one starting at 8am).

Knowledge of TheOrg software would be beneficial.

We offer:

An iPhone (currently XR) for better communication
Monthly team meetings with all colleagues, including meals

Here is an example of the tasks involved:

Billing with health insurance companies, private patients, etc.
Collecting prescription fees, paying expenses, booking cash register transactions
Scheduling appointments with patients in the practice and over the phone
Monitoring inventory levels
