    **Otis Elevator Company** is looking for a **highly motivated Manager of Maintenance Field Operations** to lead service operations activities in the branch. This person will be in charge of day-to-day management of field staff, employee selection, field training, and safety. Additionally, they will oversee operations efforts and priorities to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring field employee safety
    • Meeting with customers to guarantee obligations and expectations are met
    • Directing the performance of field maintenance and contractual service operations
    • Conducting field education training with field workforce
    • Maintaining customer quality assurance; with emphasis on safety, managing labor and material expenses
    • Improving efficiencies, managing route schedules, and callback rates
    • Providing technical support
    • Authorizing repair orders and tracking completion
    • Managing labor and material investments within budget
    • Leading change to improve efficiency and communication

    Education:

    • High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience

    Experience/Qualifications:

    • Background in leading a team of technicians preferred
    • Elevator industry experience desired, but not mandatory
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills essential
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
    • Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong computer and technology skills, business acumen, and a passion for customer service are required
