Mission: As a TPF Mainframe Console Operator at DXC Technology, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the performance and availability of multiple TPF systems.

Skillset for TPF Mainframe Console Operator:

In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in executing TPFOperations Console commands, processes, and procedures to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and system performance.
Proficiency in running TPF utilities and batch jobs to fulfill system maintenance and application processing needs.
Expertise in maintaining and supporting vendor-specific hardware in z/TPF environments to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.

Responsibilities of TPF Mainframe Console Operator:

Manage console operations and monitoring for z/TPF systems, promptly responding to system messages and alerts.
Handle console operations and monitoring for TPF-related z/VM systems.
Engage in the execution of incident, problem, and change tickets following ITIL standards.
Create and update comprehensive ITIL-driven documentation for z/TPF systems.
Participate in hardware-related changes within the z/TPF environment.
Set processing limits of z/TPF CPUs and components by executing system commands.

Qualifications of TPF Mainframe Console Operator:

High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in IT field preferred.
Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure.
Willingness to work non-traditional hours as part of a 24/7 support team.

**Please note: This role is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Onsite presence at the Tulsa office is mandatory.
