Our client has been a leading real estate development and commercial property rental company in Berlin for the past two decades.

To strengthen their team, they are currently seeking a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) to join their team in Green Spring, KY.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the complete general accounting of individual companies
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for individual companies
Optimization of accounting standards and processes
Responsible for controlling and reporting of individual companies
Preparation of the auditable consolidated financial statements based on reconciled packages from individual companies
Management of payments and processing of payments for individual companies through online banking
Responsible for VAT returns, asset accounting, and account reconciliations
Creation of checklists and documentation for processes and business transactions
Close collaboration with auditors and tax consultants
Participation in special projects (digitalization, reporting, quarterly consolidated financial statements)

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training
Several years of professional experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g. DOMUS) and proficient in MS Office programs (Excel)
Strong customer service orientation and affinity for numbers, as well as selfinitiative and an effective, teamoriented work style with strong communication skills and holistic thinking
