    Title: UI Developer (React, Financial Industry)
    Direct Hire Opportunity
    No Sponsorship
    Hybrid - 3 Days Remote, 2 Days Onsite

    We are seeking a talented UI Developer to craft the front-end elements of both our customer-facing and internal applications. This role offers a blend of in-office and remote work, requiring two days of office presence weekly in the DFW area. This role is perfect for a proactive UI developer with Financial Industry experience who is eager to influence our digital landscape, enhance user experiences, and collaborate within a dynamic team environment.

    Qualifications:
    • Residency in the DFW area or willingness to relocate for hybrid work (2 days in-office).
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience with React.
    • Experience developing financial websites (3+ years experience preferred)
    • Over 5 years of experience with various UI frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Ember, etc. (7+ years in UI development is preferred).
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
    • Experienced in automated UI testing tools like Selenium, Jest, Jasmine, Karma, etc.
    • Capable of integrating UI with .Net backends.
    • Skilled in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and multi-device development and testing.
    • Familiar with using code repositories such as Git and Bitbucket.
    • Adept at quickly evolving prototypes in partnership with product owners and end users.
    • Comprehensive understanding of UI/UX Design principles.
    • Proficient with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
    Essential Duties:
    • Design, build, and test intuitive user interfaces for both external and internal applications.
    • Ensure seamless integration of front-end components with backend systems.
    • Uphold and advance UI consistency and best practices across the organization.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product management, DevOps, and corporate applications.
    • Effective in converting requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly solutions.
    • Ability to work well across all levels of an organization.
