- Training – collaborate with the training staff and other factory leaders to develop the annual/cyclical training plan for the factory.
- Scheduling – schedule training events and closely manage/prioritize the training room calendar to support new employee job instruction programs and other required factory required training requests, requirements, or expectations.
- Record Keeping – maintain accountability of employee and organizational training records.
- Event Planning – plan, coordinate, form committees or focus groups and manage to completion annual employee engagement and appreciation events.
- Experience managing small projects or events.
- Data organization and entry.
- Intermediate computer skills (e.g., MS Office including Excel and Word) are essential.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
