Your tasks:

  • Administration and organization of document management to ensure a complete overview of project documentation
  • Structured organization of all projectrelated documents, including corresponding correspondence, in a systematic filing or archiving system
  • Review and update of technical documents (e.g. manuals and work processes)
  • Creation of templates
  • Management of documentation flow within the company
  • Creation of adhoc project reports

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in business, ideally with a focus on project management, further training as a technical writer or comparable qualification
  • Experience in project coordination and document management
