Your responsibilities

You will support the Operations Excellence team in implementing improvement projects and workshops (5S, SMED, TPM, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes together with the departments.
You will develop Lean standards and manage shop floor management with associated key figures.
You will also provide practical support for implementation measures.
In addition, you will support the team in digitalization projects in the manufacturing environment.
