Citizen Services Department, we are currently seeking a

Clerk (m/f/d)
to join our Housing Allowance Office as soon as possible.

The position is full-time (39 hours/week) and permanent.

Responsibilities include:

Issuing and receiving housing allowance applications for rent or mortgage subsidies
Supporting and advising applicants
Checking for completeness of documents and requesting necessary documents for housing allowance calculation
Calculating housing allowance entitlement for rent or mortgage subsidies
Processing applications, including data entry, until the decision is made
Collaborating with relevant social welfare agencies
Maintaining housing allowance files
Processing reimbursement requests, including monitoring deadlines
Processing applications for housing eligibility certificates
Handling housing restrictions, including maintaining a housing database and monitoring the appropriate occupancy of subsidized housing
