Your Responsibilities

  • As a speaker (m/f/d) in the field of personnel development aptitude diagnostics and management development, you will join us with a successful degree in psychology or a comparable field with a focus on aptitude diagnostics, completed work and/or organizational psychology.
  • You have relevant professional experience in designing and conducting potential analysis procedures.
  • You also bring strong skills in stakeholder management.
  • You have experience in statistical data analysis, e.g. in evaluating quality criteria of assessment procedures.
  • You have gained initial experience in moderation.
  • We expect strong teamwork, service orientation, and communication skills.
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as willingness to travel, as some of our procedures take place nationwide (approx. 10%), round off your qualifications.
