The Israelite Community of Munich and Upper Bavaria, K.d.Ö.R., is seeking a

Service Manager (m/f/d)

for the kosher restaurant Einstein in San Pablo, NM, starting as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing service in the restaurant and at events
Leading a team
Training the service team and ensuring smooth service operations
Receiving and processing reservations and orders, including over the phone and digitally
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the service area
Participating in event planning
Coresponsibility for optimizing internal processes in the F&B department
Working independently and taking responsibility
Handling customer complaints

Your profile:

Successfully completed training in the hospitality industry and previous experience in the hotel/restaurant industry
Ability to lead and motivate employees
Organizational talent with a focus on guest and service orientation
Very high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Very good English skills
