Salary group 10 TVöD | Full-time | Permanent

YOUR TASKS YOUR PROFILE

Development and determination of property changes as well as their implementation in the land register
Representation of property owner interests in building planning procedures and urban development contracts
Coordination and supervision of development measures for residential areas, including budget responsibility
Familiarity with municipal administration, building permit procedures, and other related municipal policy topics
Coordination and supervision of land development projects, including budget responsibility
Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B)
