Then you've come to the right place We are currently seeking a candidate for the following tasks: * Independent processing of applications, such as for family insurance or maternity benefits * Reviewing coverage for statutory benefits, including prevention courses, osteopathy, and vaccinations * Generating and recording new enrollments and handling cancellations * Refunding contribution balances * Classifying individuals as voluntary members of the statutory health insurance * Providing support to employers of our insured members * Providing oral and written customer service We would love to get to know you if you have: * At least a very good secondary school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma * An open and sociable personality and enjoy communicating with people * Good verbal and written communication skills * An interest in economic and social science contexts * A desire to work in a modern and service-oriented company We offer: * Flexible working hours of 38.
