    Description
    Our client is seeking to add a multiple Commercial Line Adjusters with experience in General Liability, NY Labor Law, and Construction Defect to their staff. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience handling General Liability or Construction Defect/ New York Labor Law claims, from inception to close. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience managing litigated claims involving complex liability and damages issues and or the ability to oversee and manage defense counsels, select and retain appropriate experts, and develop appropriate resolution strategies.
      Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years experience handling General Liability or Construction Defect/ New York Labor Law
    • Experience managing litigated claims involving complex liability and damages issues
    • Ability to oversee and manage defense counsel, select and retain appropriate experts, and develop appropriate resolution strategies
    • Active Adjuster License or the ability to obtain an Adjuster License within 6 months of hire
      • Preferred Qualifications:
    • College Degree
