    Rick Erwin Dining Group - General Manager Position

    The General Manager at Rick Erwin Dining Group plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with both our team members and guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience. This position focuses on providing top-notch service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and overseeing seamless operations in a professional manner. The General Manager is responsible for recruiting and nurturing talented employees who can deliver the polished and elegant service that is expected. Building sales and driving profits through exemplary conduct, keeping promises to our team, guests, vendors, and the community are also crucial aspects of the role. Managing costs, team development, and ensuring accountability for success in these areas are fundamental responsibilities of the General Manager.
