Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) Recruiting and Personnel Management

Fixed-term for 1 year - possibility of permanent employment

Your tasks

Assuming responsible tasks in the applicant management process - from job postings to personnel selection to hiring employees (including contract creation)
Consulting and supporting employees and managers in all personnel and labor law issues
Planning and implementing individual personnel measures (transfers, salary changes, etc.)
Developing and optimizing personnel processes
Preparing and processing area-specific key figures
Participation in national and international HR projects
Constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council

Your profile

Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources or completed commercial training with further training as a personnel specialist
Relevant professional experience as an HR business partner
