Your tasks:


  • Active sales on the phone
  • Preparation of offers including order processing
  • Implementation of sales promotions
  • Telephone acquisition of new customers
  • Customer consultation
  • Development and expansion of customer relationships

Your profile:


  • Enjoyment of active sales on the phone
  • Experience in customer service, call center or telephone marketing
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Secure handling of MS Office applications and ERP systems
  • Willingness to learn and affinity for food
  • Enjoyment of customer contact
  • Knowledge of Italian is desirable
