JOB SUMMARY:
Assists nurse manager with ensuring that quality nurse care is delivered to all patients and his/her units in accordance with the philosophy, policies, procedures and program plans of the hospital.
Insures the prompt placement of purchase orders and executes follow up to assure prompt delivery of materials and/or effective performance of services.
Makes daily rounds to insure smooth functioning and throughput of patients in the ED. Intervenes with all ancillary and support services to provide quality patient care.EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:
