- Minimum of 2 years compliance or related clinical experience is required
- Master's degree preferred or professional license in a healthcare-related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite and Internet applications
- Display excellent communication and organizational skills in responding to faculty, students, and clinical partners.
- Monitor and maintain all clinical contracts.
- Collect and maintain all clinical compliance records as needed for each clinical site.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of staffing and compliance with governing body's policies and procedures, and any other information regarding practice that might impact the achievement of program outcomes.
- Work in conjunction with program administrators to establish clinical schedules and facilitate student clinical learning experiences.
- Establish and maintain a system to ensure the timely and accurate completion and submission of facility, campus, system, government and accrediting agency reports related to the clinical experience.
- Participate in clinical partner relationships.
- Ensure all necessary facility-required documentation and training is completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Participate in meetings at clinical facilities as necessary.
- Participate in course meetings arranged by the course faculty to ensure that clinical settings are meeting the needs of course objectives.
- Participate in professional development activities as appropriate.
- Advance Coker's educational mission and core values.
- Perform other duties as requested.

Nursing Clinical Coordinator
The Coker University College of Health Professions is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Nursing Clinical Coordinator beginning July 2024.
This is a full-time, 12-month position with competitive salary and benefits reporting to the Dean of the College of Health Professions.
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for administrative oversight of clinical, skills, and simulation experiences for nursing students at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
The Clinical Coordinator is a non-faculty role; however, this role ensures that all faculty and students meet the requirements of assigned facilities and that required paperwork is submitted to the clinical facilities within the required time frame.
Required Qualifications:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
