    **Trademark Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning is an established HVAC company providing commercial and residential services to communities across the Inland Northwest. We currently are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Residential team in Spokane, Washington.**

    **Job Function:** To oversee the company's sales and marketing activities. Supervise Residential Retrofit Sales Consultants, and other sales personnel, making certain that the company's marketing message and value are highlighted through our sales activities. Ensure that the company's monthly sales budget is achieved through proper planning and management of all incoming sales leads and other referral sources available within the company. Establish company selling goals/budgets and objectives with the assistance of the General Manager. Handle all company house accounts, growing house accounts each year.

    **Job Duties:**

    The ability to seek out new relationships to sell HVAC Retrofit Projects

    Provide engineered equipment application to a variety of projects

    Maintain relationships with your customers and have the ability to solve mechanical issues through proposed solutions

    Prepares cost estimates by studying conditions, plans, and related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel

    Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests

    Check the status of sales and leads daily

    Track sales to the budget each day

    Review all sold jobs for compliance to company standards, approve sales packets and forward to sales coordinator for job number.

    Work with Comfort Consultants to increase the company's referral business

    Check with the Service Manager daily to see that all service leads are being maximized

    Report to Service Manager with the status of service leads

    Consistently monitor the company's selling of high-efficiency products

    Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high-efficiency equipment, and optional equipment and products

    Greet and assist walk-in customers, establish an appointment to view their home and present proposal or assign lead to Comfort Consultant

    Lead weekly sales meetings providing inspiration and motivation to the sales staff

    Other duties as assigned

    **Qualifications:**

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

    Pass background and drug screen

    3+ years consultative sales management experience preferred

    In-home sales experience required

    HVAC or similar industry experience desired

    Ability to work evenings and weekends

    Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed

    Strong understanding of the psychology of sales

    Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills

    Advanced customer service skills

    Strong interpersonal & communication skills

    Computer skills
