We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative / Inventory Management Employee (m/f/d) for our logistics center in
Burg (near Magdeburg) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS
- Sales support processing customer inquiries
- Quality checks of goods
- Processing of complaints (received by email or phone)
- Planning and execution of reorders or returns
- Recording of work errors and their evaluation with the warehouse management
- Active inventory management first point of contact for our purchasing and product management regarding current stock levels
- Processing of open orders
- Relocations and transfers
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Completed commercial training (e.g. office clerk, industrial clerk) or technical training (e.g. warehouse logistics specialist, logistics master) but all other training occupations are also welcome
- First professional experience in a similar position (e.g. supply chain management) is an advantage
- Forklift license is desirable
