Treasury Services is a sub division of the Corporate Treasury Division.
As a global, multi-faceted and cross-product sub division, our primary objectives are to: lead the development of new payments-centric businesses, while building scale and improving agility to adapt to a rapidly changing payment landscape; act as a first line of defense for control and governance to protect firm's financial assets; and incorporate differentiated client service to be best in class.
Treasury Services is a growing subdivision globally, with regional presence in Singapore, Bengaluru, London, New Jersey, New York and Salt Lake City with all our offices working closely together as a global team.
The sub division has a rare opportunity to support products and businesses ranging across existing and new business lines, multiple payment types, and multiple client types, including institutional/franchise, consumer and corporate cash management sectors.
We manage a wide range of complex processes, with members developing skills and competencies around cash management (payment controls, bank account management, settlements and reconciliations, claims), change management, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
HOW TO FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Plan, initiate, and manage Corporate Treasury Operations projects from initiation to delivery, primarily supporting Platform Solutions and Asset & Wealth Management business with responsibility for meeting project milestones and partner deadlines
Serve as liaison between various stakeholders across divisions and facilitate business requirements and testing approach/scripts to enable systems and processes.
Responsible for change management across multiple plans.
Plan project stages and maintain a complex project planning document with business and various Firmwide Stakeholders.
Develop reporting and monitoring metrics and identify and make recommendations to resolve.
Engage with engineers to develop the best-in-class technical design and approach for new product development.
Develop relevant US payment rail capabilities, such as Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, Fedwire payments, debit, checking and other payment capabilities.
Lead the build, testing and delivery of new Product Management platforms.
Partner with stakeholders to track and deliver joint goals.
Work within demanding timelines in a fast-paced team environment.
SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3-5+ years' experience, within financial services is preferred
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and program management skills
