Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assists in designing, planning and configuration of new server hardware and software implementations.
- Upgrades/patches server software.
- Develops and implements processes, procedures, and system documentation for ongoing management of the server environment.
- Diagnoses, resolves, and documents hardware and server software problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Provides enduser training and support as well as mentoring of junior staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Rotating on call 24/7 technical support will be required

YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or in a jobrelated field of study.
- Four (4) years of related work experience in Information Technology and experience with Windows servers and operating systems.
- Strong working experience with server hardware, DNS, DHCP, DFS, etc.
- Virtualization experience such as VMWare and Nutanix.
- Knowledge of NetApp and Isilon storage, Cisco UCS, Cisco MDS switching.
- Experience with the analysis and troubleshooting of Windows performance data.
- Experience with Azure cloud, App services, VM, conditional access policies, etc.
- Experience with SCCM, SCOM and InTune
- Certification in Microsoft Design preferred.

$ $55.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
