The Naëmi-Wilke Foundation is a church foundation with a hospital, a diaconal social station, a kindergarten, a marriage and life counseling center, and a specialized medical facility, the Medical Institution Company.

In total, approximately 500 employees are employed. The foundation is located in the city of Guben, Brandenburg. It works towards cross-border healthcare in the outpatient and inpatient sector within the European framework.

With the start of our cross-border German-Polish project
"Cross-Border Health Cooperation in the Eurocity Gubin-Guben" within the framework of the
INTERREG VIA Brandenburg - Polska cooperation program, we are currently seeking a:


Procurement Law Expert (m/f/d)

Your qualifications:


  • Completed business administration studies including further education in procurement law
  • Expert knowledge in the field of financing
  • Specialized knowledge of procurement process procedures
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Experience in dealing with complex offers and public tenders

Your responsibilities:


  • Preparation and implementation of the tender for the selection of the law firm and operator for the planned health center in Gubin
  • Distribution of contracts and coordination in the implementation of the procurement process, including monitoring and control
  • Development of the future financial concept for the health center in Gubin
