Your Job:


  • As a member of our team in Stanfield, AZ, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global sales efforts. This includes processing orders for both hardware and software, as well as communicating stock levels and lead times to our customers.
  • Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining data integrity through accurate data entry and maintenance procedures, utilizing reports to ensure accuracy.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate product fulfillment, as well as resolving any customer inquiries or issues on a daily basis.
  • Using your analytical skills, you will analyze previous month's sales and current inventory to determine appropriate stock levels.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for creating and following up on product quotes, as well as assisting with the followup on overdue invoices.
  • As needed, you will also provide administrative support and assist with general sales tasks.
