Our client, a reputable company in the logistics industry based in Leer (East Frisia), is looking for a dedicated Team Leader for Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d) in full-time.

This position not only promises challenging tasks, but also offers the possibility of long-term employment.

Your responsibilities include leading and motivating a team of warehouse employees, being responsible for organizing and optimizing processes, ensuring efficient flow of goods and timely deliveries, and monitoring inventory levels and coordinating orders.

To excel in this role, you should have a completed education in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification, several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in a leadership position, good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office, experience in team leadership, and strong communication skills.
