We are currently seeking an electrician/mechatronics technician (m/f/d) to join our team in Harrisburg as soon as possibleYour responsibilities will include:
- Conducting maintenance and repairs on technically advanced filling and production equipment during shifts
- Continuously optimizing processes and identifying weaknesses, while ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Implementing improvements to the equipment
- Coaching and training the team of maintenance technicians and supporting them in achieving their goals
- Replacing and installing mechanical and electronic components
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions
- Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair work
Your profile should include:
- A completed technical education
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and coaching skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
