Job Description

Graduates of the Business Administration/Industry program work in challenging positions in all commercial functions of our company, contributing to the redesign of processes and procedures.

You will be taught subjects such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Controlling, Materials and Production Management, Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Law, and Marketing. These will be complemented by soft skills such as presentation techniques and project management in an entrepreneurial environment.

In your third year of study, you will have the opportunity to choose two specializations from the following, depending on your interests and our company's needs:

Service Management or Marketing
Finance and Accounting/Controlling
Materials and Production Management
Human Resources Management

During practical phases, you will gain hands-on experience in commercial functions through project tasks. This will give you an understanding of the workflows in production and sales companies both domestically and internationally, as well as in the respective business areas.

In addition, the study program will be supplemented by subject-specific and personal development seminars within the company.

General or specialized university entrance qualification with good to excellent grades, particularly in Math, German, and English
