The Work Environment
Your new employer is one of the youngest hidden champions in Germany. Their fall protection systems are installed on buildings such as the Allianz Arena and Zeche Zollverein. Their core business is the production and marketing of fall protection systems for roofs.
A few years ago, the company began developing digital solutions to expand their product portfolio. Their medium- and long-term vision is to digitize the entire roofing industry.
Currently, two expert teams (in Essen and Cologne) are dedicated to developing and improving innovative digital products.

Your Daily Tasks
With your cross-functional team, you will actively shape the technical design of the products
You will oversee the entire cycle from research to implementation and evaluation of new technologies, as well as making architecture decisions
You will assist in user-centered development of existing products, such as a 3D planning tool
You will work closely with designers, developers, and customers to build the best possible
