Location:


The position is located at the American Lung Association's Chicago, Illinois office and will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual work.


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in concept development for integrated and interactive campaigns that cultivate and strengthen relationships with constituents.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement tactics for consumer database growth, donor acquisition and cultivation/retention.
  • Work with data managers to ensure audiences are updated and accurate.
  • Provide suggestions and initiate actions to address complex problems with data insights and analysis

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related degree preferred
  • Strong technical skills and willingness to learn new platforms and expand technical knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, knowledge of digital platform or CRM admin tools a plus
  • Conversant in HTML preferred
  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and messaging schedules.
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative approach to work, the ability to communicate well
  • Action oriented with effective follow up.
  • Highly organized with proven ability to work independently and to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with list segmentation and audience targeting a plus.
  • Previous experience with eCRM, data and analytics tools and software a plus

Compensation:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The target hiring range for this position is between $50,000 and $53,000 per annum.
